* The delivery is done with an appointment in a time frame between 2 to 4 hours.
* We have a fleet of recent trucks, clean and inspected. All of our vehicle are equipped with a pneumatic(air) suspension and tailgate. Our trucks have a tracking system in order to follow your delivery in real time. They are also fully equipped with clean padded covers and fastening straps plus they all have the regular standard handling equipment in order to meet client satisfaction and create an impeccable experience.

The packaging is checked and inspected by the driver upon delivery and the customer confirms the condition of the packaging.
Amenities are delivered, unpacked and placed in the room(s) desired by the customer. Packaging materials and cardboard are recovered and recycled.
Our team will place the furniture in the desired final location.
Amenities will be assembled (as needed – subject to certain conditions).
